I am a HUGE nerd... for things out of this country.
I've been nerding out too much also. Though mostly with video games. Last year I did the exact same thing, except with Stephen King books... except I read those the whole year, not just during Summer. Good job on getting volunteer work! Especially with katz. I'm trying to find my Thrifty's application so I can hand it in, though if I can't find it (or if it's crumpled) I might just get a new one. I've kind of lost interest in video games so I should find a job before I find something else to obsess with. Oh, I'm not sure if you'd be interested but I have a "Sneak Peek" manga book- that has parts from: Hot Gimmick, Please Save My Earth, Alice 19th, B.B. Explosion, Angel Sanctuary, Banana Fish, Neon Genesis Evangelion, Hana-Kimi, and RahXephon or something. I got it like ages ago from winning some competition at the library when I was a child but since I don't read manga... The manga in it doesn't really seem that appealing though, but I'm not manga/anime obsessed so I wouldn't know (exception for Death Note).
